Down to 1 Chin! Day 24 on the Whole 30

Wow 24 Days without Sugar, Alcohol, Bread, Treats, Sugar, Alcohol. Apparently that will get you pretty close to 1 chin. It's been quite challenging but worth it. Starting to feel empowered by eating whole foods that keep my blood sugar stable. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to jump start a new way of eating clean.
