Day 11 on Whole 30

Okay so I am 11 days in and it's not that bad but not that great. I am starting to transition from using carbs and sugar as fuel to using fat as fuel. Apparently it is called "Fat Adaptation". The time it takes for your body to kick into using your MUFFIN TOP for fuel is actually a grueling 5-7 days. You can feel fatigued and literally have flu like symptoms.  Keeping the Faith and the fun alive! Please enjoy this musical melt down of me doing a car confessional!
